Product & Pricing TOP

1. All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are NETT before shipping charges.   

2. Baby Affair reserves the right to make any changes to the pricing offered in this site. I will not be liable for any price changes and are not bound to fulfill any orders at old or erroneous prices.

3. Please note that swatches of product colours and fabric patterns depicted on this site may not be a true representation of the actual product due to the different screen settings of individual computers.

4. Please note that sizing on items are approximate. Baby Affair will not be responsible for errors in the size tagging and dimensions of the items.

5. All custom order products will require a lead time of 14 days or 10 working days.

Payment TOP

1. All payments are to be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

2. We only accept the following payment option:
   • Credit Card via Paypal (additional fee of 3.8%)
   • Bank Transfer (POSB / UOB Savings Account)

   • Internet Banking (POSB / UOB Savings Account) *preferred

3. Orders will only be fulfilled after payment has been made. After payment, please email  (babyaffair@asia.com) or sms (+65-9437-4447) bank transaction reference number (ATM Transfer) or i-banking ID (Internet Banking) so that we can match the payment with the order.

4. If payment is not received within 48 hours from order confirmation, Baby Affair reserve the right to cancel the order and release any reserved items.

Shipping TOP

1. We use Singpost service to post all the items
2. Postage of Stocks
   • Ready Stocks items will be posted within 3 working days of payment received
   • Custom items will be posted within 14 working days of payment received
3. Local delivery (Singapore)
   
   • Registered/Trackable Mail
     We offer flat rate $2.00 for orders below $100 per order except beansprout pillows. (Free registered mail is applied for purchases above $100)
   • Courier
     Flat rate $8.00 for item up to 1kg. Please note that surcharge is applicable for delivery to restricted zones. For more details, find it here.
      
4. International delivery
   
   • Registered Mail/Surface Mail/Air Mail
     Please refer to Singpost mailrate (click link) for international orders for the charges based on weight
     
   • Customs duty
     International orders may be subject to customs and import taxes.
     These charges are your responsibility and Baby Affair cannot accept liability for customs and taxes imposed by any country outside of Singapore. 

Recycled Packaging TOP

We reuse boxes and packing material whenever we can.

If we cannot reuse it, we recycle it. We hope you will do the same!
